Anyone who knows me well knows that a hat is my go-to when it comes to finishing off an outfit. While I do love a good ball cap and fedoras are all fine and well, my absolute favorite head-topper is the beanie. From neutral blacks and greys to more vivid mustards and maroons, my boyfriend and I have collected pretty much every hue there is to color-coordinate with each #OOTD. And with the weather cooling down just in time for Pumpkin Spice Latte season, I'm ready to take full advantage of my addiction.
The heat won't allow for a full-on fall outfit just yet, so I kept it easy-breezy with a thrifted lace-up tank and crochet maxi skirt from Hollister.
My top and bottom were giving off a bohemian vibe, so I played that up with brown tasseled calf-high boots from Simmi Shoes.
Wanting to add a grunge feel to the look, I added one of my boyfriend's thrifted flannels and a navy beanie to match.
Needless to say, I can't wait for more autumn-friendly outfits as the holidays get closer. (No Shave November means more pants and maxis - yay!)
xx Audrie
